EVEON has obtained new certifications ISO 13485 & ISO 9001
EVEON, which designs and develops medical systems for preparing and/or administering medication via the parenteral route, has obtained its double certification This means it can guarantee its customers a high level of quality during the design and development of its innovative medical devices, while complying with regulatory requirements.
Certification: A major step for EVEON's developmentSince its creation, EVEON has rigorously implemented its quality system, to demonstrate that its design and development procedures comply with the regulations defined by the authorities. During the certification process, EVEON worked with the renowned international notified organisation, TÜV Rheinland, which will also provide support for commercialisation of its products.
Two standards which meet EVEON's requirements:
1) Continuous improvement in patient and customer service: ISO 9001:2008 (Quality management system ):
Standard ISO 9001:2008 concerns the requirements for implementing an efficient quality management system. This standard ensures that the organisation fulfils and achieves continuous improvement in its performance to meet customer requirements to the best of its ability and improve customer satisfaction.
2) Respecting regulatory requirements for medical devices of perfect quality: ISO 13485:2003 (Quality management system for Medical Devices):
Standard ISO 13485:2003 is the recognised international standard for managing quality systems associated with the design, development, production and maintenance of medical devices. To obtain ISO 13485 certification, a company must demonstrate its ability to supply medical devices and associated services which constantly meet its customers' requirements and the regulations applicable to medical devices and associated services.
This dual certification is a major step in EVEON's life and a recognition of the work done by the whole team. It happens at a key moment, when Eveon is strengthening its cooperation agreements and the development of its technology platform' said Vincent Tempelaere, Chairman of EVEON.

Eveon is prize-winner in the national competitive examination by the Ministry of Higher Education and Research, in the Emergence and Creation/Development categories, the Entreprendre Network in Isère, and has received several awards, including the 'Talents de l'Economie' (Economic talents) awarded by the Club de la Presse in Isère and the 'Trophée Jeune Entreprise Innovante' (Innovative young company) awarded by l'Usine Nouvelle magazine in June 2010 in the innovative products category.

Eveon wins first national prize, in the Innovative Product category.
This prize rewards EVEON for its high level of technological innovation and the market relevance of its product, which enables its development.
Eveon, which won the most coveted prize of the compe-tition, the Product Award, was unanimously selected by a reknown panel of professionals from the world of industry, finance and inno-vation, based on very strict criteria.
The award ceremony took place in Paris on 26 May, in the presence of the French minister for Higher Education and Research, Valérie Pécresse, and the Secretary of State for Prospective Development of the Digital Economy, Nathalie Kosciusko-Morizet.

Eveon is winner of the 2009 national competition of the French Ministry of Education and Research. Six months after its creation, Eveon has been chosen as prize-winner of the 11th National Competition of support to creation of companies of innovative technologies in category 'Creation / development'.
